Each flavor has its own natural scallop shell, harvested from the Atlantic, with a brass spoon for passing and sprinkling. No two shells are exactly alike, so variations in shape and color are part of their natural character. Oven and microwave safe, the shells can later be used for baked scallops, butter, or sauce.
